Re:Installing .NET components for Visual Studio - 2008/03/28 19:58 A wish for version 1.1:
- The .NET component only supports the 8 frontsensors.
It would be nice to include the other 8 sersors.

-A acceleration / deceleration value for driving

Re:Installing .NET components for Visual Studio - 2008/03/28 22:15 Ive seen code for the 914 that supports the front and rear I/O interfaces.

The biggest problem you will come across with that though is the Samtec connector. Its quite hard to get hold of.

Re:Installing .NET components for Visual Studio - 2008/03/31 18:40 Can you post that part of the code?

For me it was verry easy to get the connector, i just ask Samtec-Germany for one and they me send two of the connectors (with different wirelength) back.
And the best was that they want to support robotic development by this "promotional gift".

Re:Installing .NET components for Visual Studio - 2008/03/31 19:01 I would have done so much more electronics development with the 914 if I had one of those connectors. There is no end of sensors and actuators I would have wired up if the I/O was more easily accessible.

There is so much stuff you can do with a second I/O board and I would love a link to the place where you got your connector.

It would be so cool if WBR had an online shop or something where you could just purchase these items. It would surely benefit everyone.

There may be an option to support a second I/O board on the new MSRS release, which I understand is coming soon. The underlying software that this new MSRS is based is capable of supporting 2 x I/O boards.
