Wow! That is incredible news and totally unexpected. This can only be a good thing. There were so many innovative features in the old Hero that the 914 can only benefit from all of this.

I think Heathkit sold something like nearly 20,000 Hero's during the 80's, and that was of course before anything like the public internet or small commodity computers existed.
Also I beleive Tom Burick still owns a couple of Heathkit Heros...
