I understand that Leonardo DaVinci did most of his work with a robot. It was one of the first painting-robots, though they had been using them in China for years. As with many artifacts of technology of the day, the Pope declared the robot evil. They tied up the bot and burnt it at the stake.

"Robot burned at stake" in Celtic is "Haloveen." And so, we have been celebrating Halloween ever since. True story.

Re:Artbots - 2007/10/21 01:25 You are right about Halloween being started by the Celts - but it means "before saints day" - or "holy evening"... I'm not so sure about the robot being burned at the stake though
