PSU Capacitor Modification

ImageThere has been some discussion recently about upgrading the 914's mini-itx system board to a Commell board that supports Intel Core 2 Duo CPUs, since we saw Tom Burick do just that with his Bot called Vincent.

However, in order to do so, a modification is required to both M2-ATX PSUs that are supplied fitted inside the 914. This is a bit tricky due to the fact that they are surface mount devices and obviously requires some good soldering skills.

Therefore, if anyone would like to have the modification carried out for them, Marcus Miller (Marcus8675) has offered to do this as a service for just $25 US including parts and shipping. If you would like to contact Marc to arrange this please email him at either of the addresses below:
